CloudSheet sells access to digital practice exams and study resources. No physical products are shipped, so shipping charges, delivery addresses, and physical returns do not apply.
Delivery
After a successful payment, eligible digital access is made available through your CloudSheet account. If access does not appear as expected, please contact support with your registered email address and transaction reference.
Exchanges
Digital purchases cannot be exchanged for another course, exam, account, or product. Please review the course details before completing your purchase.

If you have an access or payment issue, email cloudsheetplatform@gmail.com. We will investigate technical problems and verified duplicate charges, but this does not change our no-refund or no-exchange policy.
