Cancellation & Refund Policy
No refunds
All CloudSheet purchases are final. Because our products are digital and access may begin immediately, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges after a purchase is completed.
Cancellation
You may stop using a course or subscription at any time, but stopping use does not create an entitlement to a refund or credit. Once payment has been successfully processed, the order cannot be cancelled for a refund.
Duplicate or incorrect payments
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase or that a payment was processed incorrectly, contact us promptly with the transaction details. We will review the payment record and correct a verified duplicate charge where appropriate.
Payment issues
A failed, reversed, or pending payment may affect access until the payment provider confirms its status. Please do not share full card numbers or passwords when contacting support.
